Construction Details:

The most difficult part of this costume was making the foam ears and getting them to stay on my head properly. The costume held up well during the convention, but I'll probably be revising this at some point (so be on the lookout for a "version 2.0" in the future).

Personal Thoughts:

This was a big hit with fan boys (I heard the phrase, "That's the hottest Raichu I've ever seen!") The costume has been retired so I won't be wearing it again. The foam pieces were so uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time that it wasn't worth it.
