Construction Details:

i remember this taking a while to make ;; all the designs were handpainted with fabric paint and they took forever! i believe the black fabric was a tightly woven polyester? i really love how all the designs all came together in the end - especially because of how ambiguous her official design is! I had to make a lot of the patterns up. the ears were made out of model magic and painted with acrylic paint.

Personal Thoughts:

one of my favorite costumes! i love her connection to kasha in japanese folklore. always wanted to make a wooden wheelbarrow for her...
