Construction Details:

I had my friend make the necktie and apron, while I bought the top from Ann Taylor and the sheer thigh-highs from K-Mart, I had a simple black pencil skirt already. My shoes varied.

Personal Thoughts:

I noticed some cosplayers dressed as this and come to find out it was for the Evangelion x Animate Cafe. The cosplay was simple to put together.
