Construction Details:

Hakama - are from my Renji 2.0 costume
haori - made a new one (as I didn't want to hack the sleeves off of the top I use for Renji). Just twill
Division insignia badge - pine, insignia created using a woodburner
sword - reused from my Hakuouki costume

Personal Thoughts:

I wasn't sure what I wanted to wear/make for the 2014 NorCal Fall meetup. Around the same time for some reason I started looking back on all my old Bleach costumes and got very nostalgic for the series XD Having done already 2 of the 3 of my favorite lieutenants, I figured the picnic would be a great opportunity to do my final favorite.
