Construction Details:

I made panniers for the first time that sit under two separate skirts (they're even french seamed, which I'm super happy about lol). Every ruffle is hand ruffled (at least a hundred yards of ruffles), my masks are hand painted. The corset is a fully functioning, spiral steel boned corset. I cast and hand painted all of the gems as well.

Personal Thoughts:

This has been by far my favourite costume I've made to date. It took me about two weeks right before Katsu to complete! Still missing a few details, but I really enjoy what I have so far.
