Construction Details:

This costume would not be possible without the Sailor senshi that came before us! I combined the tutorials of Zan (who also gave us the base leotard+collar patterns to modify), Cupcake Cosplay, and SparklePipsi with a few changes to match my own personal aesthetic (giant bows). Based patterns made or modified by me, with sewing assistance from Riki and Monika.
