Construction Details:

A modified corset pattern with a long skirt that ruffles were attached to.

Hat was cheap watercolour paper, craft foam, batting and covered in the same fabric the dress was made of. Plus the flower wreat.

Personal Thoughts:

Made in a frenzy for Sakuracon after I plowed through nearly 700 chapters of One Piece during my winter break.

I didn't have time to finish the umbrella, but I doubt I'll ever go back to it.
Special thanks to Yama for helping me glue designs on to my chest in the hotel room and Agent Lychee for letting me coerce her into helping me hem the ruffles.
