Construction Details:

Skirt--Two circle skirts sewn together with a gathered waistband. There is nothing special about the gold cords. The tutu underneath was store-bought.

Top--A drafted pattern originally made to be worn on its own, but I ultimately ended up making the front part only and sewing it to a white bra, which worked well. All of the gold pieces are gold PVC. The hearts are wooden ornaments, but they will be replaced with resin hearts. The feathers I believe are turkey or hen feathers...I got a few bags of them from tonyhill.net.

Wings--I took those same feathers that decorate the neck part of my top and hot glued them to a posterboard wing base that was mounted on a simple piece of 14-guage wire. The wire just goes into the back of my top, and boom. Cute little super lightweight angel wings.

Arm and leg bands--All made of gold PVC. No special tactics used in construction.

Bracelets and rings--Made of craft foam spray painted gold. Several of the rings ripped at Animazement, so I'll have to go back and make new ones, probably out of stronger material.

Personal Thoughts:

I don't really have a favorite between the two angel sisters, so I decided to cosplay Panty because I liked her costume design better! I hope to do more variations of Panty in the future.
