Construction Details:

This was very much a 'just go for it and then fix it/make it fit' type of project. The tights (no time to find thigh highs) and skirt were bought, I had the shoes (no time to make boot covers), and I made everything else. I drew the outfit (mainly that ridiculous top) a million times so I could figure out how to make it work. I sort of made my own pattern pieces out of posterboard and then got sewing. I didn't have a lot of time to finish this and it shows, but I'm proud that actually completed it in time for AX. I actually had to style the wig and finish some parts of the costume in the room during Thursday of the con. Also, there was a lot of fashion tape involved in making sure I didn't expose myself in public. Seriously, Chariot, your outfit is just too wacky.

Shiny Chariot's design is ridiculous. Dem armpit holes. Dat chest area. Dat everything. So silly. But I love her and Little Witch Academia so much that I just had to. I had a blast wearing this at AX with the other girls for the LWA events. I have some stuff to fix/add before I can wear her again, but Chariot is definitely a lot of fun to cosplay as.
