Construction Details:

The dress is made out of stretch knit fabrics scavenged from the bottom of my fabric bin! It was very straight-forward, the skirt involved some hand-tacking but overall it was a fun little project!

Personal Thoughts:

I made this costume in about 3 hours two days before the convention (ColossalCon '12), and I styled the wig in the hotel room. :'D At the time, full reference photos for her dress weren't available, so I took some artistic liberties with the bottom half of it. Then, of course, full photos were posted by Mike and Bryan the day after the convention. Because that is my life.

Styling Notes

I cut Asami's widow's peak into the lacefront, then tousled the curls a bit to give them her characteristic volume. Other than that, it's straight out of the bag!
