Construction Details:

Hat was made from fleece and a pattern I found online of Finn's hat, I just made the ears different.

Stockings are from American Apparel and I LOVE THEM except for the color...their light blue stripes will forever be sold out. :( BUT the stockings are knit and warm and comfy.

Skirt was from American Apparel as well. I was there getting stockings, it was the perfect color, I didn't want to have to make anything at that moment. BOUGHT IT. :P

Shirt is a Target workout shirt that I hack the sleeves to 3/4's length and then zigzag stitched the hem.

Shoes are a cute pair of low wedge heel maryjanes I've had in my closet since Jr. high.

Backpack needs to be tweaked with new straps, but is otherwise functional enough to hold my money/ID, chapstick, and my phone, and only took me 20min to throw together.

Personal Thoughts:

I was hooked on this show when it was just a stand alone webisode and peed my pants when an actual series was announced. :3 THEN Fionna was introduced and I couldn't help myself from making her costume since she's so goddamn CUTE.
It was only for Halloween at first but then it was so comfy and cute I ended up wearing it to some cons as comfy, low maintenance costume.
There's some things I would like to add (her sword, Cake) and some things I would like to tweak (backpack and stockings, and hat) but it's still fun despite those things.
