Construction Details:

Casa for the skirt and front bow, and Stretch sateen for the collar and back bow.
Bodysuit is from my Super chibi moon and the fur is removable.
Boots are boot covers over heels
Gloves were bought
Ears and Tails are made from foamie, wire and fur.
Choker is ribbon with wire and interfacing for the stiff bow in the back.
Accessories are rhinestones, model magic, and beads. Brooch is a bell painted white with a slit cut in the back to use as the bow knot.

Personal Thoughts:

I went with more the manga drawings for color and design. I liked it better. The original is very kid like with the petticoat. And I know she IS a kid, but personally I thought it would look a bit strange on an adult.
