Construction Details:

I mostly used cupcake cosplay's tutorial to make it. The only exception being that I used batting for the hip roll, sleeves, and gloves, instead of stuffing. I used kona cotton to pleat the skirt, hand sewed it onto the hip roll and tacked it onto the bodysuit. Tiara is made out of craft foam and the jewels were resin casted. Broach is made out of sculpty.

The only thing I didn't make were the boots which I bought from Catzi's. I made some originally when I first wore it but they didn't turn out well. If I ever get the chance I will make the boots on my own.

My wig is a chibi from Arda wigs with extensions. Wand I had since middle school that I got from Kmart for 7 dollars.

Personal Thoughts:

Sailor Moon is one of my favorite animes/manga and I'm glad I got to cosplay the character. Hopefully, I will do more of her outfits in the future.

Styling Notes

No stubbing required. Just folded the pigtails and stuffed them and pinned the buns onto the wig.

Probably the best wig I have had so far. Need some clips though.
