Construction Details:

This was a pretty easy costume for the most part. I decided to make it only a week before the convention, but I still managed to finish everything in time! Everything was pretty basic sewing, but if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!

For the body paint, I mixed white and pink Mehron Paradise AQ. It was super frustrating and I definitely prefer Kryolan, but it turned up well in pictures so I guess that worked for this con! In the future my friends and I are going to invest in a shared airbrushing machine to use that technique instead.

Peppermint Butler was made by my friend nsomniacartist (on deviantART - her Tumblr is "midnightcosplay"). She's a plushie-making goddess and was kind enough to let us borrow PB for our group! :D

Personal Thoughts:

Princess Bubblegum! :D This has been a costume that I've wanted to do for a loooonnnng time now, she's always been my favorite character from Adventure Time and so when my friends decided we had to do an AT group, I finally got the chance to cosplay her~! We debuted this group at Ohayocon, and it was one of the most fun cosplay experiences I've ever had!

Styling Notes

Base wig is a Lulu in Hot Pink with a matching clip on ponytail. The ponytail is stuffed to give it a more "poofy" appearance.
