Construction Details:

Soooo Panty and Stocking is a really fun show to watch, a bit rude and obscene and over the top, but artistically it's super fun. I love how it looks like it took inspiration from The Powerpuff Girls and other 90s cartoons, but with a dirty twist.

Panty is pretty much my polar opposite. She's a foul mouthed, dirty minded angel (mind you there's probably people who could say I'm those things too haha), but she's stubborn, hard-headed, and strong, which makes her a fun character.

I didn't want to do the normal Panty dress since I like accessories, so I did the party version from Ep 11. I honestly wasn't really sold on doing the costume until my boyfriend State Alchemist (aka Hybridtwist), said he could do Handsome Brief. Hey, couple cosplay all the way, man. So thanks to Dust for lending him the white suit. :)

This outfit is pretty simple, red satin halter dress with empire waist, white petticoat with lace trim, white shoes, tiara with gems, pearl necklace and pearl bracelets, and a shiny watch.

Posing for Panty was super fun, I didn't have to look really posed or in place, just make silly faces and be in character haha. Must do more Panty costumes! It was too fun to pretend to be rude.

The wings are made from foam board (used for displays), with craft foam hot glued onto it, and then clear straps were poked through, so I don't use wires or any harness for the wings and can fold them up without them getting damaged.
