Construction Details:

Well hot diggitty. Bean and I have been planning these costumes for a year or so. We really wanted to make them as accurate as possible to actual Playboy bunny outfits. So I researched them and dissected a few pictures and came up with a rough idea about boning placement, cut and design.

The design itself was pretty straight forward for me, it was all math and angles so I had no real problem there.

The construction was also pretty easy for me. The only problems I had were the fit of the outer shell. The fit of the lining and boning was PERFECT! before I put the outer shell on it, and then somehow it was too tight and flattened my chest out completely. SO UUUUUGH for that.

I will probably take this apart and fix the fit, and definitely find my corset to help the fit next time.
