Construction Details:

So many flaws in this costume... I didn't have time to get a blue wig for her, so I just used my regular Sheryl one. I actually DID have the gloves, but forgot them in the hotel room the entire day.. Either way, minus the wig, completely made out of fabric I already had and a budget of about $5. Score! Ranka is as always Scootkadoot!
