SigmaRue says, "Thank you! I picked up some white vinyl and sewed in a buckle, which I spray-painted silver. I cut two hearts out of the same vinyl, one big and another smaller, then glued the two together. I used sharpie to imitate thread holes. Then I added velcro to the back!"
