Construction Details:

This went surprisingly quickly! I purchased stretch bridal satin and lace, then used an old knit shirt to draft myself a pattern (pinned it to myself, cut into pattern pieces) to draw the dress. The dress is shown as slightly relaxed fit on Luna, so I didn't go all-out with front and back princess seams, just two long darts in front and two on the sides of my bust. I paneled in the lace in the shoulders and attached the lace sleeve, and everything is finished in bias tape. The bottom of the dress, past the panel of lace, is fully faced and seamless and has a kick pleat vent in the back for ease of movement. I bought black and silver trim and hand-rhinestoned the end of the cap sleeve, and constructed her necklace and brooch myself. The belts were purchased and modified.
