Construction Details:

Everything is custom patterned and I used 5 yards of satin, 9 yards of organza, 1 yard of white sequined mesh, and 1 yard of teal fabric for the sleeves and belt.

Personal Thoughts:

When I was working on Sailor Neptune, the color scheme reminded me of Odette and I got to thinking about cosplaying her. I checked and saw that I had all the materials on hand to do this costume, and was initially going to make it a small and simple affair, but it quickly grew into a more detailed and artistic project than I initially planned!
