Personal Thoughts:

I already created this costume for Sailor Moon R when I was assisting VIZmedia at their booth at Anime Expo. When they needed me again the next year, this time for Sailor Moon S it was easy enough to just change out a couple of things here and there for her S change. I also had the honor of assisting VIZmedia all weekend at San Deigo Comic Con as Sailor Moon it was a dream come true!

I made a second choker and created the heart with shiny gold scrapbook paper that I just layered together pretty thick with poster board and painted the edges gold and stuck that on with fashion tape. Did the same trick with the moon emblem on her tiara. The gem portion of Catzia's tiara is removable so I took it off and just fashion taped the gold moon I created. The brooch is the official Moonlight Series Cosmic Heart that I owned. I created a brooch pin back with a cut up gift card base, hot glued a brooch pin onto the card base and 3m taped it to the back of my Cosmic Heart. It's easy enough to pull and remove without doing any damage as needed to attach onto something else.
