Construction Details:

All parts that required sewing were done by me. The pink kimono had Heat 'n Bond details ironed onto it, and for the frills I made an underskirt with the frilly trim on it so that it would move separate from the actual kimono. I dip dyed the sleeves to make it the red gradient, which was really good practice! The obi is closed in the back with velcro. There is interfacing in the obi but I needed to add plastic boning so that it would lay more rigid on my torso. The back bow is attached to the obi so that I can take it all off in one go.

This version is so cute~ I hope I can do her battle version one day!
