Construction Details:

The wings are hand-cut and painted stiffened felt arranged on a steel frame.
The legs are digigrade legs with a 55" tail made from loooong pile fur. The hands are padded with cut and carved foam (same with the feet). On the "underbelly", I got to hand-smock silk to look like scales. The makeup literally features feathers spirit-gummed to my face.

Personal Thoughts:

This costume is my baby! I made it in 14 days!
