The dress is made of a pretty firm jersey knit, with just enough stretch to make it really comfortable. I love making collars and cuffs with big fake anime ribs, so I think the rolled turtleneck is my favorite part?

Personal Thoughts:

SPOOPY. I love ghost-, dark-, and psychic-type Pok??mon, so this felt like a really obvious choice for me.
