Construction Details:

Base tutu and bodice was used from a previous performance while the plate, hackle patches, and design were all added by me. The plate is a stretch poly circle skirt with feather trim sewn around the edges. The front was gathered to create the 3/4 circle. The silver lace layer has darts to create a circle and has crystal beads sewn on the edge. Hackle patches were sewn onto the bodice. The design was painted onto a single layer of white tulle with puffy paint and blue glitter for added depth. The design was then cut out and hand sewn onto the bodice so it is removable. The tutu is decorated with swarovski rhinestones and crystal beads.
