Construction Details:

The crown and choker was made from worbla. I bought a turtleneck leotard, removed the collar and cut it straight down the middle. I added yellow spandex trim and orange spandex for the details. The low v-neck was achieved by cutting out the front of a plastic mannequin and adding elastic bands. Then I wore some fashion tape to secure the top to my boobs. I also made the gloves and boot covers out of yellow wet look spandex.

Personal Thoughts:

I've wanted to do this costume for a long time, but never had the skills to tackle it until now. I love Sheila so much and her relationship with the Monarch is beautiful. This costume was a lot of fun to wear because of the reaction from fellow venturoos, but it was kind of uncomfortable to wear.
