Construction Details:

Pattern was modified from Jalie's diving suit pattern. All seams are reinforced with a serger stitch for durability. The star on the front was originally appliqued, and then gone back over with hand embroidery. The boot covers and gloves were made with the same red material in the jumpsuit.

Personal Thoughts:

Current work in progress to celebrate my weight loss. I finally feel comfortable enough to go and do a full body suit costume, and I've always admired Carol's character. Planning to have this for the second half of the 2014 con season. This is also my first costume with a made-from-scratch bodysuit

Styling Notes

Wig was made from scratch and hand-ventilated on a lace front.
