About this Costume

Done just like my Eternal Moon. Double layered sealed leotard. Collar that snaps onto the front, one round of bias tape, with a little interfacing in the bottom to help it lay flat. Skirts are double circle skirts(4 total), horsehair hem, box pleated attached to the hip piece. Bows are heavy duty interfaced and on broach clips.
