Construction Details:

I custom dyed the shoes. I was really kind of lucky that I found that type of shoe that was a fabric that would absorb the dye. I was kind of worried about how it would all come out, but the dye was really watered down, it was a pastel color, so it all came out fine in the end. ^__^ Then the second issue was.....the designs on the dress bottom. X__X Now, I decided to be a dope and said "I'm gonna EMBROIDER this!! :D" Yeah...it was a lot of embroidery to do by hand. I spent countless nights going back and forth across the bottom, then trying to burn off the ends of the fabric with a lighter. But hey, it gave me something to do while I watched TV! Next time...I paint it on. Other than that, the glowing is all from these little LED mini lights that I bought at Joanne's. They have like 3 different color settings so I just put it on the green setting. I really should learn how to do LEDs myself...I hear it's easy..

Personal Thoughts:

When I saw Miku as a glowy little angel my mission was clear, lol. I quickly went to the store and got some supplies....I MUST cosplay! @__@
