Construction Details:

The outfit itself looks simple but I struggled with some of it. I learned now that I need to adjust my jacket pattern because everything has been feeling tight lately around the arms and back so at least I learned that... I guess I'm getting fat... LOL

I'm use to making blazers now so this one didn't take me too long to attach the collar as it would usually. The sleeves were ok too. It's just that the gold is spandex so it took a little more effort to keep it in place so that I could sew it down.

The pants, hoodie and boots were bought. I just added buttons on the hoodie.

The tie was annoying to make... but I'm use to making ridiculous ties... I was going to be sad that I couldn't find the right colour of red I wanted for the ribbon but I managed to find it! I wanted a thinner one but with lack of time, I didn't have a choice...

The accessories are what took the longest. I originally wasn't going to have all of them because I couldn't make one but I magically found it in Michaels and decided to buy it. It was a little expensive but I'm glad I did. I'm also glad I invested in 3D paint because that helped me with my details on the accessories I did make.

Personal Thoughts:

Like with all the other versions of Otoya I did, I had to make this one as well. I personally like the black version better (I tend to go for the darker versions if there are two) but I wanted to cos with my Utapuri group again!

Given the chance, I'm not going to make the black one... I don't want to make it again...
