Construction Details:

Made with help via the Captain America Dancing Girls - Costume Construction Group on Facebook. Where the members strive to recreate the most screen accurate version of the costume from the movie... or that we can all at least match when we meet up at conventions, lol.
I still have not made my pillbox hat (haven't found any buckram), so I wear a pair of wing hair accessories, purchased from Etsy.
In the future I plan to take apart the skirt to tidy it up a bit before reattaching it.

Personal Thoughts:

After watching the movie I knew I HAD to make one of the USO costumes. (It's mighty tempting to try my hand at one of the lead variants too.)
