Construction Details:

All the roses on the skirt are hand sewn on, and then I went back and hot glued the roses that were falling.

Personal Thoughts:

Inspired by a late night realization that I hadn't made any JoJo costumes this year, nor had I worn the ones I have. I had to fix this for Fanime. Also, a new image showed up of Yasuho and Gappy on a bike and I fell in love.
