Starting from top to bottom!
The hat was constructed by myself. I followed a combo of two Threadbanger tutorials to create it (Mad Hatter and Mini Top Hat), it's made from a USPS box and Chex cereal box, the rim is two pieces of fabric with interfacing with a piece of wire sandwiched between them. Stays on like a wrap-around headband thanks to a 3/4" piece of elastic. Feathers purchased from Joann's, card from a deck I already had on hand.
Jacket I created my own pattern for, made from Casa Satin. Lined with yellow striped cotton from Joann's. Painted the red striped with deep red acrylic paints. When I assembled the jacket, I made the black along the seams thicker. The tails have interfacing on the lining and outer fabric, I ran 16 gauge wire in the bias before closing it off so I could sculpt them to flip up.
Black/white stripes created with fabric on hand, painted swirls with Christmas green paint. Black detail is all dry-brushed for a grunge texture.
Gloves purchased from Sock Dreams, as well as fishnets. Striped sock I already owned. Underthings came from Kohl's. Heels I already owned and spray painted black, the paint was chipping at the end of the day but it added an extra grunge feel. First time I made spats so it was an adventure since I did it in the hour before I ran out the door, still need to modify them a bit more for next time so they're better put together but they're not bad in photos.
My makeup ended up being inverted since I'd never practiced it before and I realized I did it wrong when I went to put on my wig, lol. Well you live and learn, right?
