Construction Details:

I cut the sleeves off a long sleeve shirt, hemmed the new shorter sleeves. Sewed the patch on. The green trim was all done by hand using a fabric marker. The tie was hand-dyed. The white nodes on the headband are made from paperclay and painted with acrylic paint. The skirt was cut from a school jumper, hemmed and extra pleats were added. The glasses were reading glasses and I popped the lenses out. Thigh highs were cut from tights. I did not use a wig, that's my natural hair :)

I love this costume because it's really comfortable! :3
