this is just simply photoshop. but i did use a specific photoshop. its called picmonkey. just search picmonkey.com and you'll find the website right away. even if you google it, you'll STILL find the website right away

Personal Thoughts:

this is a cosplay that i unexpectedly started to do. of course because i cant wear contacts i have to use photoshop to make my eyes demonic and add some halloween effects to look realy possessed
