Listing is for one *USED* "Holy Night" cosplay variant from IdolM@ster. I used it for Miki Hoshii, but it would be good for any of the girls. Outfit was completely handmade by me and was an "overall" winner at a local cosplay contest. Worn once. Listing includes: white red fur trimmed dress, plaid vest, white capelet, pair of gloves with bows, and cowbell necklace with bow. Does NOT include: stockings, wig, shoes. Dress and capelet is made out of blizzard fleece and it is super warm. All the plaid pieces are made from plaid shirting. The cowbell was painted gold. And the bows are cotton with the stripes painted on. Entire outfit closes by velcro, which can be replaced if desired. It was made to fit a chest of 36 inches and a waist of 29 inches, but because of the velcro, it can be adjustable to slightly bigger or smaller. No visible stains. My items come from a home with dogs, keep this in mind as you may find trace amounts of husky fur on my products. - Construction Details:
Favorite Aspect: Everything? They're super adorable!
Least Favorite Aspect: Our hats were too small when we wore the wigs, so we had to ditch them. :( I also want to go back and add some darts on mine to make it more fitting and less like a coat. We also didn't notice at the time we were throwing these together that the vest has the plaid sleeves, not the white coat. It's not something you can tell from a lot of angles, but I wouldn't mind going back and fixing that detail.
Easiest Task: The whole thing was generally easy and quick to put together - which was the point. The boots were from Siobhan's Nariya costume, and she loaned me her Jennifer wig since I couldn't get the one I wanted for Miki in fast enough. :)
Hardest Task: Sewing all the micro fur on! Ugh. Micro fur is horrible. We really wanted red sherpa fur, but we couldn't find it anywhere. :/
- Personal Thoughts:
- There was a Christmas party for the Louisiana Cosplayers, and well... we needed Christmas themed costumes! And Siobhan is beyond obsessed with the Idols. :p
