Circle skirt from underbust, bra pieces with princess seams and basic straps attached.

Also neverending lace.

Personal Thoughts:

It was GREAT being Panty!! Ahh, I had tons of fun and ended up liking her a lot more than I thought I would, considering I was cosplaying her mainly for my Briefers.
