About this Costume
- Construction Details:
- belt/necklace made from craft foam and glue. Sack dress was made in 15 minutes and I actually took seam ripper to the hems to make them more raggedy.
Metal vessels, ie: bracelets - I bought at forever 21 accessory store and chains were from Joanns - Personal Thoughts:
