Construction Details:

Pattern was a dress simplicity that I altered to be shorter and more form fitting. I used black stretch satin and then a blue polka dot quilters cotton for the ruffle at the bottom. All together it took about 4 hours to make.

Personal Thoughts:

The high heeled shoes that I wore for this were soooo painful lol I never wear shoes like this, but I will admit I loved this costume.
