Construction Details:

Sari underskirt, top, and wings are airbrushed to mimic the various shades of Siren's feathers. The top also has a cluster of gemstones which I hand-sewed, and the wings are scattered with Swarovski crystals. Crown is made from two layers of lace, spray-painted gold and covered in gemstones.

Personal Thoughts:

This group was the result of a feverish weekend of Bollywood films, Indian food, and lusting over photos of Aishwarya Rai at Pork Buns' house last summer. I can't believe how much the group has grown and what a great response it received so far. We'll be wearing these many more times in the future, and with many more sparkling ladies. <3

Styling Notes

After I butchered my Sailor Moon wig for extensions, this was what was left of the base. It worked perfectly for Siren!
