Construction Details:

The striped shirt is one of those really shitty Halloween satins that come out every year, but I figure since Dagger is in the circus, he'd have gaudy shiny fabrics like this for his performance outfit. The vest is peachskin lined with cotton to make it a bit sturdier (and my first time doing those pintucks...oh god that was pretty much hell). The skirt is a thick bottomweight or some such. And I bought his capris at a Goodwill.

THE HAT IS SO SHITTY. It doesn't fold the way his does, but I could not find another way to get it to sit on my head without showing ridiculous seams everywhere. Maybe next time. :(

So many construction issues! But it still turns out a good picture, so I guess it's all right?
