Construction Details:

I chose to reference mostly Darwyn Cooke's Catwoman, drawing elements from "Hush" and the covers by Adam Hughes.

The costume was made with both purchased and hand-made items. Suit was purchased on eBay and modified (added interfacing to collar & ring to zipper).
Gloves and hood made from scratch with matching 4-way stretch Lycra. My first time ever making gloves! The claws on the gloves are fake nails cut to shape, painted, and super-glued on.

Goggles were also purchased on eBay, and the pointed "wings" were added with Apoxie Sculpt and painted.

Personal Thoughts:

Selina has always been one of my favourite comic ladies. She's smart, sexy, and independent. This is such a fun costume to wear! Surprisingly comfy too (which on a hot summer day is purrrrrrrfect).
