Construction Details:

I am very happy with my boot covers and target always seems to have shirts you can mangle for something else.
The top is heavily altered and I actually bought two of the same blouse to add the collars together and re-make the cuffs with. Fortunately they were on sale and each top was like $7. The skirt is left over wool/silk blend from Akio's pants.

Personal Thoughts:

I never thought this would be as much fun of a costume as it turned out to be! I made this for the Fate/Zero ACP event at Sakura con and then wore it again for the Fate/Zero event at AX 2012. TOTALLY WORTH IT.
