Personal Thoughts:

I had been planning this costume for such a long time. Feels good to finally have it done! Ryoko-dono was Officer Jenny, and DandelionsWish is Pichu!

Styling Notes

I cut out about half of the hair from underneath the wig and wrapped the remaining hair around filler cord to make the loops. There was also quite a bit of hairspray and some sewing involved!

Wig Review

The Chibi has SO MUCH HAIR! Which in this case meant I had to cut a lot of it out, but It was also very forgiving to work with! :D
