I cheated again. :X I went to the same site I got my WWII America uniform from (army surplus...these are extra belgian uniforms or something) BUT I actually did some minor tailoring, as in making cuffs on the uniform and taking it in since it's a size medium and I needed a small. It's slightly less cheating this time. xD
Wig and curl styled by me. White boot cuff things made by me. Red shirt and black tie purchased.

Personal Thoughts:

I've had the wig styled for a few months now and finallyyyy gonna cosplay as Romano at Fanime 2012!
