Personal Thoughts:

This costume was actually the first project I worked on after we got back from WCS. After all the sort of subtle fitting and technical work that I'd put into making Mami and C.C., I told Ali "The first thing I'm gonna do when we get home is gather a bunch of fabric around my waist and flounce around." So this is my "gather a bunch of fabric around my waist and flounce around" dress.
