Construction Details:

The ribbon is just a piece of bias tape stitched together. The skirt is a full-circle skirt with a super-wide waistband, and it's made of cotton twill. The shirt is my old Melfina shirt, altered. I removed the collar, used the collar fabric to make the ruffly cuffs, added a new collar, and added the yoke with ruffles. I ended up painting on the stripes because I didn't have enough bias tape.
At first I had some horrible bootcovers, but I have since replaced them with actual boots.
Also, Artikgato made my penguin and I love her for it. :D

Personal Thoughts:

I figured that since I was attempting Princess of the Crystal that I might as well try plain old Himari, too. It's a nice casual cosplay, too, which I am totally cool with. :D

I brushed it. MOST DIFFICULT TASK EVER.

Wig Review

This wig is really nice and soft, and the color is gorgeous!
