Construction Details:: Boots- I used boot that I used a lot for Cosplay. Bought white and black vinyl for the straps.
Skirt- Used plaid shirting fabric. Pleated fabric to waist band.
Shirt- Used for Rukia.
Vest- Bought white knit fabric and dyed it yellow.
Tie- I got green ribbon and sewed it to the white fabric with interfacing on the other side.
Jacket- Made out of stretch sateen and the buttons a made out of polymer clay then painted silver. I used the pattern I used for Rukia's school uniform and made adjusments. I took it in two inches at the waist. I could take two more inches.
