Construction Details:

this was my first time venturing outside of sewing and into the frightening world of prop-making. I help from a friend of mine who was also planning the same helmet.

I started with making a papercrafted base from an online pattern out of cardstock, which was then attached to the front of a storebought baseball helmet, covered in plastic, then in Bondo. Then it was sanded down (which took way more effort than it should've because I accidentally bought some kind of weird heavyduty Bondo) and spray painted. the ears are bottoms of soda cans and the visor is car window tint.
