Construction Details:

This is the first costume I have personally sewn. Skirt was made using a Burda pattern for a box-pleated skirt and shortening the length. The top required drafting my own pattern. I purchased three petticoats in order to make the skirt extra poofy: a long one, a small one, and one with three layers and ribbon trim. Gold heels were purchased on eBay and then I added foam/feather wings with velcro. The gold strap material was found at Joann's. The pink hearts were made using this tutorial: http://aluminumbunny.deviantart.com/art/PSWG-heart-tutorial-195941140. Gun was purchased off Taobao and wings were purchased on Amazon and then modified to have clear straps. I also purchased rings similar in style to the ones she wears and clip on hoop and magnetic ball earrings.

Styling Notes

Wig came pre-styled, but definitely needed re-styling (especially the bangs) and I added the ahoge.
